		<description>this is a  lot better. brown 1 1/2 pounds groend beef  season to taste .grease  a pan very lightly and pre heat oven to 350 degrees . use 1 to 2 pounds sharp chedder cheese  ,get tortilla add about a soon and a half of the meat and them same amount of cheese and then rool up.place in pan continue until pan is full  sprinkle remaining beef and cheese on top  pour enchilada sause on top and bake for about 20 minutes .these will be great and the guest will love them.</description>
